Returns/Refund on any products and accessories/merchandise are not accepted, however, we do offer replacement of the same in case of damaged or defective products. Drinktales reserves the right to evaluate each of these scenarios and might request you to provide relevant pictures. The damaged item will be picked up by us at no cost to you. A replacement will be shipped out to your address within the next 72 hours.
